Build your first automation
Let the workspace do the repetitive work: a trigger, a few steps, and a test before it goes live.
- 1
Start from a template
Open Automation → Templates and pick one close to what you want — following up a new lead, thanking a customer after an order. You can also start from a blank workflow.
- 2
Choose the trigger
The trigger is what starts it: a form response, a new order, a booking, a schedule, or a message from another app.
- 3
Add the steps
Send an email, create a task, update a customer, call another service. Use If to branch, Loop to handle a list, and an AI agent for a step that needs judgement.
- 4
Test, then turn it on
Test any single step with sample data to see exactly what it would do. When it looks right, turn the workflow on. Every run is listed in Executions & logs.
