One workspace for everything
Why every Mercestack product lives in the same workspace — and why we took our separate dashboards away.
A small business does not run on one tool. It runs on a chat app, an inbox, a spreadsheet of customers, a store, a payment provider, an email service, a scheduler and whatever the newest hire set up last month. Each one has its own sign-in, its own copy of the customer, and its own bill.
Mercestack exists to put that in one place. Not a bundle of separate apps with a shared logo — one workspace, where the customer who messaged you on WhatsApp is the same customer who bought from your store and booked a call.
No more separate dashboards
For a while, some of our products had dashboards of their own on their own addresses. It made sense when we built them; it did not make sense to use them. You had to know which address to go to, and the thing you were looking for was always in the other place.
So every product now lives inside your workspace. The Email API is in your sidebar beside Mailbox and Marketing. It sends from the domain your workspace already verified. Its keys follow the same roles as everything else.
Everything is available
We have also made every product available to every workspace. Turn on what you need and leave the rest — nothing to request and nothing to wait for.
