Workflows that branch, loop and merge — and agents that do the steps a rule cannot.
Most of the work in a business is the same steps in the same order: a form comes in, someone is told, a customer is updated, an email goes out. That is what workflows are for, and ours now handle the shapes real work takes — branches, loops over a list of items, splitting and merging, waiting for an approval.
Some steps need judgement rather than a rule: reading a message and deciding who should answer it, or drafting a reply. That is where an AI agent fits — as one step in a workflow, with a budget and, where it matters, a person approving what it does.
Test before you trust it
Every step can be tested on its own with sample data, so you see exactly what it would do before the workflow is switched on. Every run afterwards is logged, step by step.
Start from something that works
The templates page has workflows for the common jobs — following up a lead, thanking a customer after an order — that you can copy and change.
